Fagura meets financial authority in Estonia

The online lending platform Fagura is seeking to enter the market in Estonia and Romania and is therefore meeting local partners for their market entry.

Having the challenge to apply and obtain a credit intermediary license in Estonia, their trip was a documentation about local legislation, documents to be provided and requirements from the National Authority of Financial Supervision. The key topics Fagura covered during their trip were:
– Requirements of local authority for applying for a license.
– Local regulation for fintech and financial services companies.
– Legal firm offer and collaboration opportunities.

Fagura also met local lawfirms, among them KPMG, Maksim Greinoman, PwC and representatives of the National Financial Authority.
